Amprolium HCL + Sulfaquinoxaline + Vitamin A + Vitamin K3 Soluble Powder is a combination medicine used to treat or prevent infections, such as coccidiosis, in poultry and livestock like cows, sheep, and goats. This medicine is only suitable for pre-ruminant animals.

This soluble powder combines an anticoccidial agent, an antibiotic, and two vitamins.

Amprolium is a commonly used anticoccidial agent that is considered one of the safest available on the market today. It is an organic compound that is classified as a methylpyridine. Amprolium works as a thiamine uptake inhibitor. As thiamine is a food source for cocci, this helps starve the microorganisms. Amprolium shows activity against the first generation of trophozoites and schizonts and has shown activity against the Eimeria species, such as Eimeria tenella and Eimeria necatrix.

Sulfaquinoxaline display bacteriostatic activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and also anticoccidial activity against Eimeria.

Vitamin A and K3 have been added to support immune function and other physiological processes.
