Artesunate + Amodiaquine Tablets

Active Ingredients: Artesunate, Amodiaquine

Artesunate and Amodiaquine are antimalarials used to treat acute, uncomplicated cases of falciparum malaria, including cerebral malaria. This fixed-dose combination has been manufactured to inhibit the intensification of drug resistance in addition to malaria treatment. It is not used for the prevention of malaria.

Artesunate is an artemisinin derivative. Amodiaquine is a 4-aminoquinoline compound related to chloroquine. It’s used as an antimalarial and anti-inflammatory agent.
